As part of a comprehensive project, an individual website was developed to market healthcare services. The website serves as a central point of contact for customers of the YOBŌ Pro and YOBŌ Life locations in Bad Homburg and Frankfurt. It combines information provision, online booking, digital billing and personalized communication in one user-friendly system.

Our contribution to the solution

Our team realized a modern website for YOBŌ in close collaboration with design partner Create Next. The website emphasizes the brand identity of the YOBŌ locations and at the same time offers functional added value through an online booking option. A central focus of the project was the implementation of a content management system (CMS) that allows the customer to adapt texts and images independently and within a secure framework. In addition, the integration of the Magicline backend enables the customer to edit all offers/services independently. This implementation creates maximum flexibility and independence in the maintenance of the website, without the risk of unintentional design changes.

    For the technical implementation, a modern tech stack was used to implement performance, flexibility and user experience in the form of fast loading times and an appealing design with animations. Within Figma, the entire design could already be created before the technical implementation.

    YOBŌ positions itself as a modern health institute that offers much more than traditional fitness training. With the YOBŌ Pro and YOBŌ Life locations in Bad Homburg and Frankfurt, the company pursues a holistic approach to individual health optimization. Core competence: personalized training and analysis concepts. YOBŌ's brand identity is based on three central pillars: Science-based training concepts, Comprehensive physical performance analysis, Individually tailored health programs. The target group is health-conscious individuals who are looking for professional and holistic support - from competitive athletes to ambitious fitness beginners.

    The YOBŌ team presents itself as a modern, dynamic group of health experts. The new website underlines this with a focus on team competence: introduction of the trainers and experts, authentic insights into qualifications, personal stories and motivations. To this end, we use visual storytelling elements: professional team photos, short portraits of employees, virtual insights into everyday working life and philosophy. The core message is to make competence, humanity and passion for holistic health digitally tangible.

    The project process

    1. Requirements analysis

    The project was carried out in cooperation with Create Next GmbH, which was responsible for the design creation. The implementation and all downstream tasks were carried out by NorthRock software and in consultation with the client's locations.

    2. Design phase

    After defining the responsibilities, the development of the design was started. The design was adapted to the corporate identity of YOBŌ.

    3. Technical implementation

    All key issues had already been clarified in the implementation phases. With the content, designs, requirements and technologies defined, the focus was now on precise development. To ensure that everyone involved could use the application optimally, step-by-step presentations were carried out in the test environment that had been set up.

    4. Quality check

    To ensure high quality, the website undergoes extensive testing. Functionality, user-friendliness and security are checked. Errors and potential for optimization are identified and rectified to ensure a stable and reliable website.

    5. Handover & publication

    After successful testing of the website, the publication was carried out within a presentation. This officially completed the project implementation.

    6. Maintenance & hosting

    After the successful publication, a maintenance contract was concluded to ensure the regular closure of security gaps as well as the optimization of performance and the technological development of the website. As part of this contract, minor changes to the website are also implemented, regular backups are created and other relevant services are provided.

    Thanks to largely automated sales via the website, as well as digital booking and billing, the customer benefits from considerable time and cost savings.

    The SEO-optimized online presence supports brand awareness and attracts new customers via search engines, map entries, social media and review portals.

    The system enables flexible adaptation to future requirements. For example, app integration or scaling up the performance if required is possible at any time.

    The successful implementation of the YOBŌ website shows how sophisticated technology and creative design can go hand in hand. The website is not only a flagship for the locations in Bad Homburg and Frankfurt, but also an effective tool for customer retention and acquisition.
